It all started with a meeting of two great minds - Danny Loong and Mustaffa Kamal, who wanted to start a movement to address the state of the F&B industry, but they did not want the approach to be prescriptive. In order for the movement to be meaningful and results sustainable, respect has to be earned and not demanded. They wanted to do this from the inside out.
